Q: What does "per day" mean, 24h? A: When we say "per day" it means that from the time the ride started, the user will be able to use the scooter until 00:00 and only being charged the daily rate.
Q: How will I be charged? A: The ride cost is determined based on the number of started hours. I.e if the ride time is 1.5 hours the ride cost will be calculated as 2 hours multiplied by the hourly rate. The ride will never cost more than the daily rate if the ride is ended before 00:00.
Q: What type of credit cards are accepted? Can I pay with PayPal? We accept all kind of cards, credit or debit. We do not PayPal or prepaid cards.
Q: Is it possible for a user to rent a scooter for a full day and bring it back to the hotel to charge it? A: Yes. The user can rent the scooter for a full day (until 00:00) and "Pause ride" while it is charging at the hotel and ride it again later. They can do this as many times as they want.

Q: How does a user contact customer support? A: The user should always try to find the answers at help.sparkyapp.io. If they still need to get in contact with us or report an incidence they should fill out the form https://gosparky.zendesk.com/hc/new_request and we will come back as soon as we can. In case of severe accidents, the user should always call the emergency number (SOS) in respective country.
