Please remember that it is your responsibility to bring back the scooter to the Hotel. It the scooter can't move at all or you are too far from the Hotel:
- Make sure you park the scooter in an appropriate area
- Use the cable lock to secure it.
- Press “Pause ride” in the App.
- Fill up the contact form https://gosparky.zendesk.com/hc/es/requests/new letting us know what happened.
We will review your case and “End ride” manually for you with a full refund for your ride. Then we will take care of the scooter.
